How to troubleshoot Jio Phone

No need to say Jio Phone is fully loaded with online Music, Videos and Social Media. But sooner or letter it gets overloaded if used heavily. Most common issue people are facing with Jio Phone is Boot Loop. Phone restarts continuously.

So friends you can troubleshoot it easily even if you don’t have any experience with hardware or software. Just follow our step by step guide.

Press and hold Power Button + 8 (Numeric key) as shown in picture.

It will boot in recovery mode. See the picture given below.

Scroll down to “Wipe data / Recovery” option using volume up and down button.

(Your contact numbers and messages will be erased. There is no option to recover it after data is wiped. Though you don’t have any option to get backup if your phone is under boot loop or locked)

Now use Power button to select the option and reset your device. It will clear all the caches and data stored in the phone.

Reboot device after successful reset. Phone will take some time to start first time so don’t worry. Follow the on screen instructions to start the services.

Note: Some model don’t boot into recovery by Power button + 8. In such case press and hold Power button + volume up simultaneously. Than press Soft key Left and Right and Power button same time. It will boot the device into recovery mode.
